More than three decades of high-quality plastic injection molding at your service.

Our History

R&D Plastics opened our doors in April 1996 to provide a high-quality, 
US-based injection molding partner supported by experienced design assistance. Our founders were plastics industry veteran Rod Roth and 
his partners, Janet Evensen and Sal Gonzalez. In 2022, we completed 
an ownership transition to help reshape the company for the next generation of growth, service and success. 



Through our commitment to quality, technical expertise and hands-on service, R&D Plastics has grown to produce precision parts for 100+ customers across more than 15 industries. Today, our team includes 60+ talented employees strong, offering companies of all sizes worldwide a complete range of engineering, manufacturing, and assembly and decoration services.
