Keeley was born and raised in Idaho.  After high school, she quickly moved to Washington where she attended Centralia College and played 2 years of softball while earning her Business Administration degree. She later transferred to Portland State where she focused on Human Resources Management. She has years of Staffing and Recruiting experience and now focuses on employee relations, benefits, and payroll at R&D Plastics.
